Macan Deve is part of an AECOM-led consultant team selected by NYCHA to manage the heating and DHW replacements at 8 NYCHA developments. These projects embrace new technology and LL97/2019 to provide decarbonization of heating and DHW to reduce pollution and carbon footprint.  The 8 developments include varied installations including new energy efficient steam boilers, hydronic boilers, window ASHPs for heat decarbonization and DHW ASHPs. Program management responsibilities include data tracking and reporting; progress reporting; coordinating design reviews; payment, schedule and scope change management; facilitating dialog with project stakeholders including NYCHA internal departments, property management/maintenance and residents; coordinating utility reviews and approvals; overseeing/facilitating DOB, SHPO, NEPA, SEQR and WRP approvals/reviews; identifying/tracking/resolving project risks; funding coordination and overseeing of AE design teams.
