Macan Deve’s design and construction management professionals collectively have decades of experience planning, designing, and delivering innovative capital improvement projects.  Much of that experience, including projects that Macan Deve has delivered, comes from serving as key participants in Design-Build and similar alternative delivery projects.  In fact, many of Macan Deve’s personnel are certified by the Design-Build Institute of America as accredited design-build professionals.  We have found that Design-Build, in particular design-led Design-Build, allows our Teams to deliver extraordinary value to clients for some of their most important projects.  We believe that a design-led approach fosters better collaboration among our design and construction teams, helping to maintain the schedules and budgets established in pre-award. We have found this also facilitates more effective implementation of value-based concepts during Design Development, including equipment procurement.
