Donna Hager (a proud Jasper) has over 30 years of experience in the AEC industry, collaborating to design and deliver some of NY’s largest and most critical infrastructure and energy efficiency projects.  She brings invaluable experience on highly significant and complex projects.

Michael is a versatile project delivery specialist with 25 years of Engineering and Construction experience. He often serves as our “voice of reason,” with a wealth of Design-Build expertise and in-depth knowledge of the engineering and construction business. 

Phil’s vast experience and deep professional (and social!) network are an invaluable asset to all phases of Macan Deve’s projects from planning through detailed design and construction of major projects. 

A strong communicator and noteworthy leader, Ginger has over 20 years experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer on multidisciplinary projects with focuses on drinking water, wastewater, MEP, resiliency, energy management and environmental planning/permitting.

With 15 years of experience in Construction Management, Field Engineering, Resident Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management,  Joe has extensive MEP design knowledge, hands-on field experience, and is also an avid skydiver. 

From her childhood building tree forts in Vermont, Kate has been obsessed with the convergence of human-made environments and the natural world. Her work focuses on civic spaces, green infrastructure, sustainability, urban design, and public transit in NYC and across the country. 

As a water and wastewater process engineer, Bill has worked worldwide on water reclamation projects in the Middle East and large wastewater treatment plants serving Sao Paulo and Bangkok. He is a Primary Author for the textbook titled “Wastewater Engineering Treatment and Resource Recovery”.

Vance has over 35 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC building system design and MEP project management from concept through completion. His experience includes various project types including healthcare/hospital, government, education, and housing.

Kateryna is a licensed architect with 10 years of experience designing for educational, transit and industrial sectors. She is expanding her skillset into the Design-Build project delivery method; and enjoys learning from her colleagues every day.

A civil and environmental engineer, Mladen has 22 years of experience in wastewater treatment processes. His projects include upgrading treatment systems, designing chemical feed setups, operating pilot systems, conducting field investigations, preparing feasibility studies, and analyzing data.

Jessica has 16 years of experience in the construction field that includes managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. She welcomes the challenges that come with construction projects and strives to bring excellence to each one.

Emmanuel blends architecture and engineering with a global touch. Experienced across continents, his portfolio spans from Europe to the Americas, highlighting sustainable design and innovative teamwork.

When he’s not racing sailboats on the Northeast coast, Lou focuses on energy solutions engineering; exploring and analyzing client building operating practices and equipment conditions to enhance operation and reduce client energy consumption. 

Gina is a fellow Jasper with over 20 years of experience in utility construction & engineering, gas/substation construction, new business engineering, and Project/ Program Management. She is skilled in leading cross functional teams, team collaboration, and bringing mindfulness into day-to-day practice
