Macan Deve is leading the architectural design development, construction document production, and supporting permitting, procurement, and DSDC for DEP’s Pump Station 291, located on a residential block on 154th Street in Whitestone, Queens. Macan Deve also manages production and coordination of 3D Revit models for the building, and creates renderings and presentations for NYC PDC and local Community Board reviews.
